We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our frontend team and play a critical role in building the platform that will define CaseGuard’s next chapter. You will design and build a highly performant, sophisticated frontend capable of handling complex media redaction directly in the browser. This role involves more than just building forms; you will be responsible for the architecture that supports real-time collaboration, complex document rendering, and high-stakes video manipulation. This role is expected to operate with a high degree of ownership. You will take responsibility for major frontend features and drive them end-to-end from design through production with minimal oversight. Beyond writing excellent code, you will contribute to engineering standards, influence frontend architecture, and help scale both the system and the team. What You Will Do Build scalable, maintainable frontend applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript. Implement advanced rendering and manipulation logic for PDF documents and video within the browser. Utilize WebGL and Canvas to ensure smooth, performant interactions for redaction tools. Build and maintain real-time features using WebSockets and SignalR to support concurrent multi-user workflows. Work closely with backend engineers to consume REST APIs, defining contracts that ensure efficient data flow and optimal UX. Manage frontend deployments on AWS and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable delivery. Identify and resolve frontend bottlenecks (rendering lag, memory leaks, bundle size) to ensure a seamless user experience under heavy load. Ownership \& Execution Turn ambiguous product requirements into well-defined technical tasks and execution plans. Take full ownership of major frontend domains, driving them from initial design through to production deployment. Make independent technical decisions regarding frontend state management, component architecture, and styling patterns. Drive frontend decisions in cross-functional work, ensuring the system design is robust and provides the best possible user experience. Be accountable for the reliability, performance, and accessibility of the features you ship. Team Contribution Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold high engineering standards for the frontend guild. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term frontend roadmap decisions. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to support their technical growth. Contribute to hiring by reviewing technical assessments and interviewing prospective candidates. Qualifications (Required) 6+ years of experience owning and delivering complex frontend applications or major features end-to-end. Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture, state management, and hooks. Solid experience working with REST APIs and real-time communication via WebSockets or SignalR. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Sr. Financial \& Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing the corporate financial consolidation process across multiple business units and ensuring data integrity, timely reporting and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, data modeling, and business intelligence, with a passion for streamlining workflows and enabling data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Manage Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Software to assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. Serve as a power user and subject matter expert for Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), assisting with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization. Lead the quarterly forecast and annual budget consolidation process across all CoStar businesses. Collaborate with business unit finance teams to gather, validate, and analyze financial data. Assist in maintaining metadata, hierarchies, and business rules in Oracle Planning and Budgeting. Assist with the design and creation of PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership to support quarterly business reviews and strategic decision making. Own and manage the corporate financial forecast model and assist with Long Term strategic financial planning. Continuously identify and communicate all risks and opportunities against the budget and/or forecast(s). Bring a collaborative, hands-on approach to your work, developing open communications and productive work relationships across the Finance organization. Financial analysis on an ad hoc basis. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university. 5+ years of applicable, professional experience, with 3+ years FP\&A experience. A track record of commitment to prior employers. Experience working with large data sets and integrating data from multiple systems. Experience in using financial and budgeting applications is required. Prior experience in Oracle EPM and/or ERP experience is a must. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel, experience with Smart View, Power BI, or Power Query. FP\&A experience within a public traded or large SaaS company.
