Responsibilities - Professionally answer and disposition incoming phone calls to main Field Service phone lines, determining appropriate actions or routing calls to the correct person. - Monitor the Field Service email inbox, determine proper actions required, and respond to emails as necessary to customers, representatives, and service centers. - Create work orders for technician field visits, schedule inside technicians based on customer needs and technician availability, or coordinate with service centers to convey customer needs.
