This internal role will touch most all aspects of supporting a professional services firm including marketing, business development, recruiting, project management, executive reporting, and other high-profile priorities. In supporting BRG Corporate Finance broadly, this role will gain insight into our core service offerings including Turnaround \& Restructuring, Finance Excellence, Performance Improvement, Transaction Advisory, and more. The Marketing \& Business Development Analyst will be responsible for a wide range of activities and will include exposure to client-facing consultants. This role will report to the Director of Business Development \& Marketing with additional responsibilities supporting overall Corporate Finance Practice operations. Responsibilities and exposure to the Corporate Finance practice and BRG Corporate will evolve and heighten as the analyst gains experience. The ideal candidate is a professional who can prioritize and manage a multifaceted workload in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The individual should be comfortable working collaboratively across the practice as well as having the ability to work autonomously on discrete assignments. The candidate should be a proficient analytical thinker with very strong PowerPoint (PPT), written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be able to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and interact with colleagues of all levels and disciplines. Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented professional to contribute to the development and management of our digital platforms. This role is crucial for enhancing our controls framework, improving service quality, and ensuring stringent regulatory compliance within our digital channels. Key Responsibilities • Digital Feature Implementation: Drive the implementation of new features and enhancements across our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and controlled deployment process. • Controls Management: Manage and reinforce associated control frameworks, including executing monthly and quarterly testing and review in strict adherence to Citi’s policies and regulatory guidelines. • Issue Remediation: Oversee and implement corrective actions for identified control gaps or deficiencies arising from feature implementation, ongoing monitoring, or client feedback. • Controls Environment & Compliance: Actively contribute to strengthening the overall digital controls environment, ensuring robust and proactive regulatory compliance. • Audit & Review Support: Coordinate and facilitate internal audits and regulatory reviews, providing essential support with examination deliverables, tracking engagements, and monitoring the resolution of issues and corrective actions. • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong collaborative relationships with Compliance, Controls, and other critical functions to ensure continuous alignment with regulatory obligations. • Customer Engagement & Education: Develop and implement targeted customer education campaigns to drive digital adoption, enhance fraud awareness, and maximize digital banking utilization. Qualifications • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience operating within a dynamic digital or technology team, ideally within the financial services industry. • Digital Client Journey Expertise: Demonstrated ability in the digital implementation, optimization, and management of client journeys, with a strong understanding of financial services specifics. • Controls and Compliance: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and assessing control-related functions, ensuring robust adherence to internal policies and regulatory frameworks. • Process Improvement: A proactive approach and a track record of identifying opportunities and driving initiatives to enhance processes and operational efficiency.
