Act as the main point of contact between on-site teams and senior management. Report operational updates, production results, and challenges to the Director of Operations (DOO) and Managing Director (MD). Plan daily work activities and staff rotations in close coordination with the DOO. Manage workforce matters, including interviewing, hiring, performance handling, and terminations when required. Maintain accurate daily records such as work sheets, production data, and operational reports. Job Requirements Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within mining, industrial, or offshore environments. Educational background as a mining or civil engineer, machinist, or skilled trades professional. Strong experience working with production figures and performance tracking in fast-paced operations. Solid knowledge of personnel management, safety standards, and operational control. Ability to work independently, take full responsibility, and lead teams effectively in a dynamic environment.
