Working with Data Scientists to take data throughout its lifecycle - acquisition, exploration, data cleaning, integration, analysis, interpretation, and visualization. Become part of a fast-growing international and diverse team. What you will do Manage client interactions and play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships. Translate business problems to analytics solutions with clear output. Translate analytical output to drive business decisions that create impact. Provide project management oversight required to meet client expectations. Responsibilities may include overall project delivery quality, development of presentations, and managing of external relationships. Function as a sounding board for data and analytics related questions of client business leadership. Seek compelling opportunities beyond the scope of the current project. Provide guidance to more junior members of the team, while orchestrating the work of the entire team. Drive growth and development for the members of the team. What you will bring Master (or Ph.D.) degree in a quantitative field with a focus on data analysis (e.g. econometrics, AI, mathematics, physics, and other exact sciences). Sharp thinking ability to be able to quickly differentiate major contributors from irrelevant details and to hierarchically structure information residing in the data under analysis. Robust knowledge of statistical concepts, accompanied by expertise with a set of analytical tools ranging from databases (e.g. SQL, BigQuery, noSQL) to programming languages (e.g. R, Python), and from data visualization (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) to machine learning. Understanding data engineering solutions is a plus. Proven ability to manage projects with expert team members and to provide inspiring guidance to juniors in the team. +8 years of consulting experience or relevant industry experience, with at least 3+ years at a project lead level. Excellent communication skills, especially to explain complex analytical concepts in non-technical terms to business users. Professional fluency in English. Principal Clinical Data Science Programmer

Accountabilities: Develop, validate, and maintain programming solutions for clinical data management systems, including EDC platforms such as Rave and Veeva, as well as data validation, analytics, data review, risk management, and custom reporting outputs. Develop and maintain programs for managing external vendor trial data and perform data extracts and transfer programming from clinical data management systems. Collaborate with data managers, project managers, biostatisticians, and other stakeholders to integrate programming solutions effectively into clinical data management processes. Serve as a primary technical contact for programming-related questions during study setup and maintenance activities. Participate actively in internal and external meetings while providing constructive feedback to peers, team leads, and functional management. Mentor and support other programmers through ad hoc guidance, training, knowledge sharing, presentations, and development of training materials. Contribute as a subject matter expert to improvements in technical systems, processes, and operational practices. Stay current with advancements in programming languages, analytics approaches, and data management technologies to identify opportunities for greater efficiency. Provide final-level technical review and consultation for complex programming activities and deliver technical leadership for cross-study and program-level analytics initiatives. Lead the adoption of innovative analytical techniques, automation strategies, and process improvements across relevant clinical data programming activities. Requirements: Bring 10+ years of experience programming for EDC systems, particularly Rave, with expertise in data validation outputs, data review and risk management outputs, custom reports, and clinical trial programming. Demonstrate data analytics experience using technologies such as SAS, SQL, R, and/or Python. Have proven experience leading, training, and mentoring junior programmers while providing technical guidance in complex environments. Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively within fast-paced, cross-functional teams. Bring excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality results. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes effectively. Have advanced English communication, writing, and reading skills. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Life Sciences, or another relevant discipline.
