Process & Current State Analysis • Understand existing business processes, systems, and analysis. • Review data sources, logic, and assumptions; highlight gaps between real-world processes and current data assets. Data Foundation & Governance • Validate authoritative data sources and assess quality, timeliness, and granularity. • Design data models, dictionaries, metadata, lineage, and quality rules Education & Experience • Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or data science. • 4+ years of relevant experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data science models. • Knowledge of statistics and mathematical concepts • Experience using data technologies (E.g., SQL, Databricks) and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, DataBricks1) • Experience building, deploying, and maintaining data models. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive level stakeholders. • Understanding of and experience in using AI tools (E.g., Copilot, GPT), professionally or personally • Experience within the finance/aviation industry in the operational areas is a plus About Etihad Airways Etihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, was formed in 2003 and quickly went on to become one of the world’s leading airlines.
