We are proud partners of many state and local agencies, foundations, and local organizations, and we assist thousands of Carroll County residents each year. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization. We are currently seeking an experienced, professional Chief Executive Officer to oversee all operations, functions, and activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will have the skills and confidence needed to be the face of HSP, shouldering the responsibility of providing organization-wide strategic direction and implementing a progressive vision for the future.
