Your opportunity: We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Analyst to lead the analysis of our Document Workflow product, with a particular focus on the integration and management of the systems supporting document management in JHI, including Fundamentals, Workfront and Seismic integration. Responsibilities include: Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary intermediary between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into actionable development tasks via discovery artifacts and user stories. Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap and strategy, particularly for Document management in JHI Agile Participation: Engage in Agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing and release management. Project Oversight: Supervise the design, development, and implementation of software projects, ensuring compliance with best practices and quality standards. Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes. Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of product features in accordance with specifications. Progress Evaluation: Assess product progress at each iteration and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery. The base pay range for this role is between $146,300 and $244,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. You will be responsible for defining high-impact goals, breaking them into actionable work streams, and driving successful delivery.
