Position Summary As an Associate Customer Onboarding Manager, you will lead implementation projects with new and existing customers of our rapidly growing SaaS based fintech solution. This is not a standard implementation role – we are looking for someone that loves the challenge of delivering complex projects whilst understanding the importance of delivering a great product . You will be working independently on integrations, navigating customer requirements with an array of internal and external stakeholders. This is a hybrid position and requires you to be in office, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday You will be responsible for: * Offering world-class service to our customers. * Using your analytical and technical proficiency to efficiently guide the client through the implementation process - assessing business and implementation risks, troubleshooting complex issues, managing internal resources to resolve product and integration issues, and ensuring our client's success in reaching their objectives. * Developing implementation plans and be accountable for informing and advising client stakeholders and internal stakeholders of planning and progress. * Partner effectively with Tipalti Sales, Compliance, Engineering, Product Management and Customer Success teams to ensure a successful customer experience and implementation. * Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and development efforts to manage implementation projects and ensure we keep customers on plan and on schedule. * Be committed to customer success and serve as the customer's advocate within Tipalti. * Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery. * Share product feedback with Product and Engineering teams to help improve the product. * Contribute to the internal knowledge base so you can share lessons learned with other resources. About You: * Hands-on implementation experience with SaaS applications or other software solutions. * Good project management skills to effectively guide the customer to success while managing various internal resources * Experience integrating with ERP applications such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Intacct, Xero, Microsoft BC, etc. is a plus * Proven ability to read, debug, and understand web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API calls, etc.) * Experience with Ticketing Systems (Zendesk, JIRA, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus * Ability to lead workshops, including the gathering/documenting of requirements and use-cases and recommendation of envisioned processes. * Great communication skills is what you are known for, you can communicate across different teams and use different questioning techniques to understand customer's needs. * Building relationships and working within a collaborative team environment is what motivates you. * A high growth environment excites you because you want the opportunity to contribute to building something special * Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven start-up environment. * Procurement or Supply chain management experience would be a great advantage! About the Opportunity: The Associate Customer Onboarding Manager is responsible for facilitating the smooth transition of clients from sales agreements to operational engagement. This role ensures successful onboarding by coordinating activities, managing client requests, and developing materials that support increased adoption and utilization of services. The position plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and engagement throughout the lifecycle of their agreements. 3. Responsibilities: • Serve as primary contact for clients, field sales, and onboarding activities • Support Customer Experience team members by adhering to timelines and priorities • Manage client requests to transition agreements to operational status • Develop and facilitate onboarding kickoff calls • Document onboarding activities following established protocols • Present Customer Success Roadmaps to promote service adoption • Create templates to review onboarding data sets • Build client online portals detailing agreement specifics and services • Provide licensing training and best practice guidance • Maintain knowledge of supported products and programs • Collaborate with internal teams to expose clients to services throughout agreement terms • Engage with OEM partners to gain product and process expertise • Manage client requests to drive service consumption with delivery teams • Identify new opportunities beyond current organizational scope • Self-manage learning and integration into team with mentorship support 4. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, or Project Management • Basic understanding of Cisco Enterprise Agreements and related products; Cisco certification is a plus • Strong problem-solving skills with practical approach • Ability to adapt in ambiguous and changing environments • Experience interacting with all corporate levels • Program or project management experience is advantageous • Strong business acumen and motivation for learning • Proficient facilitation and project/process management skills • Undergraduate degree in a related field • Willingness to travel up to 20% nationwide 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Estimated base pay range is $50,000 to $65,000 annually, varying by location, experience, and other factors • Some positions may be eligible for variable incentive compensation such as bonuses or commissions 6.
