Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to support a company focused on federal modernization, cloud transformation, and mission-critical technology initiatives. This position is on-site in Huntsville, AL. The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead user-centered design efforts for cloud-based applications, data-driven workflows, dashboards, and complex digital interfaces. This is an opportunity to play a key role in modernizing critical government systems by transforming technical and operational requirements into intuitive, accessible, and effective user experiences. Responsibilities for the Senior UI/UX Designer include: * Lead UX research and discovery efforts while developing user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for complex applications * Design responsive user interfaces, high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and reusable components for web-based applications, dashboards, and data-driven platforms * Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, cloud, and technical teams to translate complex requirements and workflows into intuitive user-centered designs * Conduct usability testing and design validation while incorporating user and stakeholder feedback to improve functionality, accessibility, and overall user experience * Develop and maintain design specifications, prototypes, component libraries, and developer handoff documentation while supporting Section 508 and accessibility requirements Required Qualifications for the Senior UI/UX Designer include: * 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, user experience design, human-centered design, digital product design, or related environments, with a Bachelor’s degree required * Demonstrated experience designing complex, data-intensive interfaces, dashboards, or enterprise applications * Proficiency with UI/UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar technologies * Experience working within Agile or SAFe environments and translating complex technical workflows into intuitive digital experiences * Must have an Active Top Secret Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications for the Senior UI/UX Designer include: * Experience designing cloud-based applications, data visualizations, dashboards, or other complex digital platforms * Knowledge of Section 508, WCAG, accessibility testing, and accessible design practices * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, front-end development concepts, and modern application architectures * Experience supporting federal technology, modernization, or other secure technology environments Compensation for the Senior UI/UX Designer includes: Salary Range : Competitive salary depending on experience Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick Leave as Required by Law This job opens for applications on 10/19/2026. Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior DevSecOps CI/CD Engineer to support secure automation, deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-based delivery for a major federal modernization program in Huntsville, AL . This is a full-time, onsite position supporting the rapid, reliable, and secure deployment of mission-critical applications and services across AWS and on-premises environments. As a Senior DevSecOps CI/CD Engineer, you will play a critical role in integrating modern DevSecOps practices across the software development lifecycle, ensuring security, automation, compliance, and operational excellence in support of a high-profile federal mission. Key Responsibilities DevSecOps Pipeline Engineering * Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines supporting automated builds, testing, security scanning, and deployments. * Implement secure DevOps practices, including dependency management, artifact control, and automated vulnerability scanning. * Maintain version control standards, branching strategies, and build automation across multiple repositories. Cloud \& Infrastructure Automation * Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies. * Support environment provisioning, configuration management, and deployment orchestration. * Integrate logging, monitoring, and alerting capabilities across cloud and hybrid environments. Security Integration \& Compliance * Embed security gates, code quality checks, and compliance validations into CI/CD workflows. * Ensure adherence to federal security requirements supporting classified environments. * Support automated compliance reporting, artifact tracking, and audit readiness activities. Cross-Team Collaboration * Partner with Full Stack Engineers, Cloud Engineers, QA Automation Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Leads. * Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, technical reviews, and integration efforts. * Troubleshoot deployment issues, automation failures, and environment instability. Operational Support \& Optimization * Monitor pipeline performance and reliability, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and automation. * Document pipeline architectures, IaC templates, deployment procedures, and operational processes. * Support release readiness activities and deployment events for major software releases.
