Role Overview The Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business performance, market trends, sales data, and financial metrics to support informed decision-making across development, sales, marketing, and operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data and strategy, turning insights into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities • Analyze real estate market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and demand patterns • Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, ROI analysis, and project performance reports • Support sales and marketing teams with pipeline analysis, forecasting, and performance dashboards • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from CRM, ERP, and other internal systems • Identify business gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across departments • Work closely with senior management to support strategic planning and investment decisions • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field • 36 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in real estate, construction, or property development • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Experience with CRM systems and financial modeling is an advantage • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment What We Offer • Opportunity to work with a growing real estate developer on high-value projects • Exposure to strategic decision-making and senior leadership • Competitive salary • Professional growth and career development opportunities • Dynamic, collaborative, and results-driven work environment
