With in-house design, execution, and manufacturing capabilities, Essentia is known for design excellence, precision, and large-scale turnkey solutions Role Overview As a Business Development Manager, you will be the face of Essentia in the Mumbai market. Your core focus will be to network with architects, interior designers, developers, and builders, generate new business opportunities, and convert relationships into long-term partnerships and projects. Key Responsibilities Proactively meet architects, interior designers, consultants \& builders to generate leads Build and maintain strong relationships within Mumbai’s design \& real estate ecosystem Represent Essentia at industry events, exhibitions \& networking forums Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design pitch discussions Develop a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure Coordinate with internal design, marketing \& execution teams for proposals Track leads, partnerships, and performance through CRM \& reports Experience \& Profile Required 4+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, Luxury Lifestyle preferred) Strong network of architects \& interior designers in Mumbai Excellent communication, negotiation \& presentation skills Self-driven, relationship-focused \& target-oriented mindset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
