Position Summary As a Physician Assistant at The Hirsh Center, you’ll join a patient-focused team led by nationally recognized rheumatologist and founder Dr. Marc Hirsh. You’ll play a meaningful role working directly under Dr. Hirsh tutelage in evaluating patients, supporting treatment planning, and delivering high-quality care across rheumatology and musculoskeletal medicine. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, compassionate PA who enjoys a fast-paced setting, values teamwork, and is excited to expand clinical skill sets, including learning and utilizing musculoskeletal ultrasound for diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Partner closely with our founding rheumatologist and clinical leadership team Perform comprehensive patient evaluations including histories, physical exams, and symptom assessments Order appropriate labs, imaging, medications, and diagnostic procedures Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps with clarity and compassion Assist with in-office procedures and expand skills in ultrasound-guided care Document patient care, communication, and medical decision-making in NextGen (EHR) Prescribe medications as appropriate and administer treatments per protocol Coordinate care with internal providers and outside specialists to ensure continuity of care Contribute to a patient experience rooted in empathy, trust, and clinical excellence Rotate with all providers for on ”Call” time Qualifications Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Florida Clinical experience preferred in one or more of the following: Rheumatology, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Emergency Medicine, Oncology Strong documentation, EMR proficiency, and comfort working in a technology-driven practice Ability to work on-site in Delray Beach, Florida What We’re Looking For Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered care Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Position Summary The Senior Medical Billing Specialist supports high-level medical billing and revenue cycle operations including claim submission, payment posting, denial management, insurance follow-up, and accounts receivable resolution. This role plays an important part in ensuring clean claims, accurate documentation, and consistent billing outcomes across payers. This position also maintains oversight of Sunrise, our external third-party billing agency, supporting timely resolution of open claims, payer issues, and billing follow-up.
