Senior Business Analyst
Introduction An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a background in Supply Chain, Logistics or Retail. The successful candidate will have strong ERP exposure across Sales & Distribution, Procurement and Warehouse Management, with the ability to understand business processes, identify requirements and support business improvements through effective business analysis. The ideal candidate will have a Business Analysis Diploma or relevant formal qualification, together with practical Business Analyst experience in a relevant industry. Experience with SAP and/or KNAPP will be advantageous but is not essential. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct business analysis within Supply Chain, Logistics or Retail environments. Analyse business processes and requirements across Sales & Distribution, Procurement and Warehouse Management. Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement. Assess existing business processes and ERP functionality to identify gaps and recommend appropriate solutions. Translate business requirements into clear documentation to support solution design and implementation. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure ERP solutions align with operational requirements. Support the optimisation of business processes across relevant operational areas. Desired Experience & Qualification A Diploma in Business Analysis or a relevant formal qualification. Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within Supply Chain, Logistics or Retail. Strong ERP exposure across Sales & Distribution, Procurement and Warehouse Management. Experience with any ERP product is acceptable. SAP and/or KNAPP experience will be advantageous but is not essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to understand business processes and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
