The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operational, administrative, and clinical support oversight of the Southaven, MS clinic. This role ensures efficient, compliant, and patient-centered clinic operations while supporting physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams. The Clinic Operations Manager organizes and coordinates clinic administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. This position plays a key leadership role in developing communication protocols, streamlining workflows, managing inventory, supervising staff, and promoting accountability across both clinic locations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES: ========================================= Operational \& Administrative Leadership Manage day-to-day clinic operations and responsibilities, ensuring efficient administrative and clinical workflows Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operational procedures and communication protocols Ensure medical records are completed accurately and timely, correspondence is managed appropriately, and insurance verification processes are followed Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and patient flow to support positive patient experiences Serve as the primary point of contact for facility maintenance, alarms, mailing, shipping, equipment, supplies, and vendor coordination PartnerCare offers competitive compensation, superior benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life/disability insurance), and so much more! PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: ================================ Education \& Licensure Education level required to obtain and maintain applicable licensure in the state(s) where located Unrestricted state license in good standing (as applicable to role requirements) Current BLS certification required Experience Minimum five (5) years of clinical office management experience, preferably in pain management or a multi-site healthcare environment Proven experience in office management, administration, and staff supervision Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and patient flow About the Practice: MidSouth Pain Treatment Center (MPTC) was founded in 2000, with the goal of addressing the lack of treatment options for pain-related medical issues in rural areas. The Medical Assistant, under general supervision, provides appropriate care to patients as well as follows PartnerCare's service standards. Work directly with Physician and/or Office Manager on all aspects of practice operations and workflow. Ability to manage a high volume of incoming patients while multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
