Position Overview The Onboarding Specialist will deliver a smooth and professional experience for new property management clients and residents. This is a client-facing and resident-facing role ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, project coordination experience, and a passion for exceptional service. Responsibilities * Guide new property management clients through the onboarding process. * Provide administrative support across all onboarding workflows. * Coordinate rent-ready work and ensure timely project execution. * Collaborate closely with the onboarding team to deliver a seamless experience. * Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and residents. Requirements * Prior experience with AppFolio and LeadSimple. * Experience in client services, onboarding new clients, property management, or project coordination. * Background in home services or rent-ready work. Preferred Skills * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities with a service-first mindset. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
