Position Specific Description The Business Analyst II is embedded in NextEra Analytics' product planning process, providing front-row visibility into the development of cutting-edge AI and analytics products that power renewable energy operations and customer solutions across NextEra Energy. The employee will gain comprehensive business knowledge across NEA's product portfolio while supporting Product Managers through quarterly planning cycles, charter development, and strategic decision-making processes. This job conducts business administration of the Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence), building executive dashboards, analyzing product development trends, and creating leadership communications on portfolio status, risks, and improvement opportunities. The role coordinates quarterly planning logistics, manages rapid response queues and pre-read materials, and ensures accountability for documentation and deliverables across product teams. Additional responsibilities include configuring workflows, managing permissions and templates, tracking planning artifacts, and identifying patterns that inform executive decision-making. Collaborates with internal, cross-functional teams to support product operations as appropriate including, but not limited to, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Product Operations leadership, and executive stakeholders across NextEra Analytics business units.
