Business Analyst
Job Summary We are seeking a Business Analyst to assess business processes, analyse operational performance and develop recommendations to improve efficiency and service delivery. The successful candidate will work with clients, management and technical teams to understand business requirements, evaluate existing workflows and support the implementation of effective business solutions Responsibilities * Analyse clients’ business processes, operational procedures and performance to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. * Gather, assess and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions, research and process reviews. * Analyse operational and financial information to identify trends, risks, cost-saving opportunities and performance gaps. * Prepare business reports, process maps, feasibility assessments and recommendations for management and clients. * Evaluate existing business workflows and IT-enabled processes to identify opportunities for improvement. * Work collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions. * Support business improvement projects, monitor progress and assess the effectiveness of implemented changes. * Develop and review performance indicators to measure operational efficiency and business outcomes. * Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients, management and project teams. Skills Required: You bring practical business analysis, data analysis, and communication skills, with the ability to document requirements and explain findings clearly.
