Position: Business Analyst Location: New York, NY Job Description: * Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ years of experience. * Strong Business Analysis experience in banking or financial services. * Understanding of Generative AI concepts and practical business use cases. * Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. * Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria. * Exposure to AI evaluations, AI solution validation, or AI testing. * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams. * Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code.
