Entry Level Architect (Data Centers)

Your impact We are searching for an Entry Level Architect to join our Data Centers team in a hybrid capacity at any of our US based locations. In this position you’ll contribute to projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You will have the chance to work on projects including engineering, design, and construction of data centers and other mission-critical facilities. You’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. You will work in a multi-discipline, highly interactive team to successfully deliver on the design, development, application, evaluation, recommendation, and specification of engineered systems and products. You will perform all aspects of architecture and design and independently apply advanced engineering techniques and analysis within the discipline. You will also develop designs that require innovation and ingenuity, be expected to perform effectively both independently and as part of a highly collaborative and interdisciplinary team. You’ll design facilities using mainly Revit and will plan and program layouts of projects, coordinating and integrating all other discipline elements into unified design for client review and approval. You can expect to be engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project. Your design work will be reviewed and stamped by a Registered Architect.Periodic travel to local construction and client sites should be anticipated. Here's what you'll need * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program * Proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite Ideally, you’ll have * Master’s degree in Architecture * Experience with designing data centers and industrial manufacturing facilities * Knowledge of building codes and applicability to industrial facilities * Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. CTO needed for Metaverse-Sky-Plaza
Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Basic Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.3. Proven track record in building and managing tech teams that deliver high-quality software.4. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to facilitate global communications.Technical Skills:1. Software Development: Mastery in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.2. Architecture Design: Ability to design scalable and robust system architectures.3. Cloud Computing: Extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.4. Data Management: Experience in data architecture, databases, and big data technologies. Preferred Qualifications:1. Blockchain Experience: Familiarity with blockchain technology and smart contracts, preferably Ethereum or other leading platforms.2. Web3.0: Experience with decentralized systems and technologies that enable Web3.0 would be a major plus.3.
