Role Overview: As a Frontend / Full-Stack Engineer, you will architect high-performance interfaces that transform complex blockchain and financial data into actionable intelligence. You will build streaming, data-heavy dashboards for global regulators and financial institutions, ensuring precision and speed at scale. At Inca Digital, we prioritize logic over authority. You'll work in an asynchronous, remote environment alongside teams, enjoying high autonomy to solve intricate UI and data-delivery challenges using a modern React/Next.js stack. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces for both internal tools and client-facing applications. Ensure seamless user experiences by prioritizing fast load times, smooth interactions, and intuitive navigation across all web platforms. Collaborate with the team to establish and enforce standards, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across the entire application ecosystem. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of proven success in frontend engineering roles. Advanced proficiency in building modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Deep familiarity with the TanStack suite (Query, Table) and Material UI (MUI) or comparable component libraries. Solid grasp of frontend architecture, state management patterns, and performance tuning. Skilled in handling HTTP-based protocols, including HTTP/2, streaming APIs, and real-time interfaces like WebSockets or SSE. A background in developing data-heavy or analytics-driven dashboards is highly valued. Nice to Have: Skilled in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) or Go (Golang).
