Business Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the development of dashboards and reporting tools that enhance decision-making and drive team efficiency. Responsibilities * Design and maintain operational dashboards and reports to track supply chain KPIs. * Execute and optimize AI-enabled workflows to automate processes and improve efficiency. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate supply chain status and program changes. * Contribute to cost reduction initiatives by tracking ownership metrics and reporting progress. * Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts within the product lifecycle. Skills * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. * 1+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or data analytics. * Proficiency in Excel and at least one BI tool, such as Power BI or Tableau. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights. * Effective communication skills to present data clearly to diverse audiences. Preferred Skills * Experience with AI workflow tools or automation platforms. * 3+ years in supply chain or operations roles, with a focus on data analysis. * Familiarity with ERP systems or PLM tools. * Background in robotics or technology-intensive supply chains. * Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies.
