Hands-On Recovery: Work directly with patients to improve functional mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs) like dressing, bathing, and cooking. Collaborative Care: Partner with our physicians, nursing staff, and COTAs to ensure a holistic approach to rehabilitation. Expert Guidance: Educate families and staff on adaptive equipment and strategies to maintain resident independence. Innovation: Utilize evidence-based practices and creative interventions in a supportive setting. ### Who You Are Licensed: Must be a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) with a valid Massachusetts license. Experienced: Minimum of 1 year of experience (geriatric or long-term care experience is a plus). Adaptable: You enjoy the variety of a dynamic healthcare setting and can jump in to help where needed.
