Job Requirements * Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a solid focus on print production and brand collateral. Experience in the education or corporate sector is an advantage. * Technical Mastery: o Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. o Familiarity with quick-turnaround design tools such as Canva is a plus. o Strong technical understanding of prepress processes, dyeline creation, paper stock selection, and print finishes. * Language Proficiency: o Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to typeset, edit, and proofread Chinese collateral and communicate with Chinese-speaking partners. * Photography Skills: o Fundamental hands-on experience handling DSLR/Mirrorless camera gear for event and portrait photography. * Soft Skills: o Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface with academic heads, external vendors, and creative agencies. o Highly organized, proactive, and capable of prioritizing multiple project deadlines simultaneously. o Attention to detail. What to Include in Your Application * An updated Resume / CV. * A portfolio link or PDF showcasing recent print design work, including multi-page editorial layouts, prepress projects, and sample photography.
