We are looking for a Receptionist/Accounts Assistant for our Kilkenny City office. Responsibilities: Answering \& screening incoming calls. Diary management. Audio transcription. Database management. Client Invoicing \& Collection Data entry, filing, photocopying and scanning. Bookkeeping work for the office team Bank Reconciliation VAT \& RCT Returns Payroll General day to day office support work Candidate Profile: Be highly organised. Possess good interpersonal skills. Be confident with figures and have excellent computer skills particularly Word and Excel. Have a pleasant and confident telephone manner. Pay strong attention to detail Have an ability to work on own initiative. Multi-tasking and time management skills Previous experience in Accountancy or related practices would be an advantage. We are seeking to hire a Administrative Assistant in our Cork city or Dublin 12 office to assist our Training Department Manager. Initial training would need to be in Cork city. Responsibilities: Update the LMS and distribute engaging training news and updates for the organisation. Coordinate all logistics for training sessions, including venue booking – accommodation, virtual event events, materials preparation, and managing participant communications. Support learners enquiries (pre and post training session). Reach out to and coordinate with new instructors and trainers. Update and maintain the training calendar with upcoming sessions and events. Ensure compliance with training standards and procedures. Handle daily administrative tasks following training events, including feedback collection and report generation. Manage training-related purchase order and vendor contracts, process invoices, ensuring timely processing and payment. Collaborate with teams to enhance current training programs and propose new offerings within the financial services, taxation, and audit sectors. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify innovative training solutions. Perform ad hoc duties to support the training department. Candidate Profile: Ideal candidate will be a creative thinker and possess strong problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
