Marketing Manager | B2B Technology \& SaaS Environment | 📍 Durbanville, Cape Town (Hybrid) 💰 R75,000 - R85,000 per month CTC 🚀 Permanent My clients is a fast-growing technology company that helps businesses unlock valuable insights from review and social media data. We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function and help drive lead generation, brand positioning, and business growth. * Reporting directly to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys combining strategy with execution and wants to make a real impact within a growing business. What You'll Be Doing * Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies aligned to business growth objectives * Drive demand generation initiatives across digital, content, email, SEO, paid media, and LinkedIn * Own and evolve company messaging, positioning, and value proposition * Work closely with Sales to generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth * Develop marketing collateral, case studies, presentations, and sales support material * Manage and coordinate external marketing, design, content, and advertising partners * Oversee website content, lead capture, and marketing automation activities * Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights * Support product launches, customer communications, and marketing events * Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong return on investment * Events and partner marketing. Run our presence at international industry events. Support the partnerships programme with agencies and research firms, including a referral funnel on the website What We're Looking For * 5+ years' experience in a B2B marketing role * Proven experience developing and executing successful lead generation and demand generation campaigns * Minimum 2 years' experience marketing within a technology, software, SaaS, data, IT services, or other technical B2B environment (preferred!) * Experience marketing to business decision-makers rather than consumers * Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and customer acquisition * Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms * Demonstrated ability to analyse campaign performance and use data to drive decisions * Excellent communication, content creation, and stakeholder management skills * Self-motivated, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a hands-on environment Advantageous * SaaS, software, data, API, platform, or technology product marketing experience * Experience marketing technical products or solutions to international markets (particularly US \& Europe) * Experience working closely with sales teams to generate and convert qualified pipeline * Startup or scale-up business experience * Experience managing external agencies and marketing partners * Comfortable reading API docs and working with basic analytics or SQL • * Can explain an API, a JSON payload and data quality to a technical buyer - Why Join my client * Opportunity to build and shape the marketing function * Direct access to executive leadership and decision-making * Hybrid working environment based in Durbanville * Dynamic, innovative, and growth-focused business * Competitive package of R75,000 to R85,000 per month CTC What We Are Not Looking For * Pure e-commerce or consumer-focused marketers without B2B experience * Brand-only or social media-only marketers who have not been accountable for lead generation and pipeline growth * Candidates who require a large internal team to execute marketing initiatives * Marketers focused on vanity metrics rather than commercial outcomes 📩 Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV together with a brief summary of marketing campaigns and achievements they are most proud of.
