Position Summary The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides high-quality, advanced nursing care to patients in close collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. This role includes conducting comprehensive physical examinations, diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and actively promoting wellness and disease prevention. The NP serves as a key clinical provider in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care and plays an essential role in supporting the clinic’s mission to improve health outcomes through evidence-based practice, patient education, and collaborative care planning. Exercise Specialists will be working with patients who have had recent cardiac or pulmonary events.
