Our Graduate Product Design Program gives you the opportunity to shape customer-facing products across our brands — from user interface design and design systems to product discovery and implementation. What You’ll Do * Create intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences across web and mobile * Work within and help evolve design systems, reusable UI components and design patterns * Translate customer and business needs into effective design solutions * Support product discovery, planning and prioritisation activities * Collaborate with Product, Developers, UX and Marketing teams to bring designs to life * Review implemented designs and support quality assurance before release * Help improve consistency, accessibility and usability across customer-facing experiences * Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and workflows What You’ll Bring * A degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field * A portfolio demonstrating digital design work and your thinking behind it * Basic proficiency in Figma or similar design tools * An understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design and design systems * Strong visual and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail and an interest in accessibility and usability * Strong communication and collaboration skills * A genuine interest in digital products, technology and customer experience Exposure to HTML/CSS, front-end development, A/B testing or data-informed design decisions is an advantage, but not required. DevOps Engineer

Our Graduate DevOps Engineering Program gives you hands-on exposure to production systems, automation, cloud technology and modern engineering practices.
