Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to build and maintain the product backlog (convert demand into Epics/Features). • Prepare Product Response templates highlighting impacts and dependencies across upstream and downstream systems. • Support the Lead Product Owner in decomposing Epics into Features and prioritising based on business value, risk reduction, opportunity enablement, and effort. • Write high-quality user stories in Jira/Azure DevOps that meet INVEST criteria. • Conduct backlog refinement sessions with the team. • Maintain high standards in documentation and presentation. • Model user journeys and create story maps for clarity across business and technical teams. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. • Assist with UAT for complex functionality. • Apply Scrum Product Owner principles and practices. Essential Skills: • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and core clouds (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). • Proficiency in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience. • Familiarity with Lightning Web Components/Aura, APIs, and integration patterns. • Experience in Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Contact Centre solutions. • Understanding of DevOps processes and secure design principles. Nice to Have: • Exposure to Einstein products, Agentforce, Data Cloud. • Additional Salesforce certifications beyond those listed below.
