This role is responsible for managing employee and labor relations, administering collective bargaining agreements, supporting workforce planning initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will partner closely with operations leadership to strengthen workforce engagement, support organizational development, and drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities: * Lead employee and labor relations activities, including grievance administration and collective bargaining agreement support. * Develop and implement HR policies, workforce planning initiatives, and employee development programs. * Partner with operations leadership to support staffing, workforce scheduling, and organizational effectiveness. * Manage recruitment efforts for hourly and salaried positions while supporting retention and succession planning initiatives. * Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies. * Oversee workers’ compensation, employee relations investigations, HR metrics, and workforce reporting activities.
