Senior Product Manager – Asset Management

Senior Product Manager – Asset Management Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite) \\ Must have direct Asset Management experience supporting Investment Performance, Attribution, Benchmark, Portfolio Analytics, Risk, or Investment Operations platforms. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.* Overview Our client, a leading investment management organization, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support a portfolio of investment performance, attribution, benchmark, and portfolio analytics platforms. This individual will serve as a key liaison between investment, operations, and technology teams, driving requirements, delivery, and platform enhancements across critical investment management systems. This role requires deep asset management domain expertise and experience supporting investment performance, portfolio analytics, benchmark, risk, or investment operations functions . Responsibilities * Partner with Portfolio Management, Investment Performance, Risk, Investment Operations, and Technology teams to gather requirements and define business solutions * Own and manage product backlogs, prioritization, requirements documentation, and delivery execution * Translate complex business processes into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications * Drive enhancements across investment performance, attribution, benchmark, portfolio accounting, and reporting platforms * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews * Coordinate delivery efforts across engineering, data, analytics, and QA teams * Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation activities utilizing SQL * Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, reporting, and operational efficiency * Support the adoption of AI-enabled tools and processes across product delivery and business analysis functions Required Qualifications * 5+ years of Product Management, Product Owner, Business Systems Analysis, or related experience within Asset Management * Experience supporting investment performance, attribution, benchmark, portfolio analytics, portfolio accounting, risk, or investment operations platforms * Strong understanding of front, middle, and back-office investment workflows * Knowledge of institutional investment products including equities, fixed income, ETFs, mutual funds, derivatives, and alternative investments * Experience gathering requirements and partnering directly with investment stakeholders * Strong Agile delivery experience, including backlog ownership and prioritization * Hands-on SQL experience for analysis, validation, and reconciliation * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications * CFA, CAIA, CIPM, or progress toward certification * Experience with performance measurement methodologies including TWR, MWR, attribution analysis, benchmark construction, tracking error, and related analytics * Power BI experience * Python experience * Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, or similar data platforms * Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or comparable Agile tools Please Note: Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on SaaS, FinTech, Payments, E-Commerce, MarTech, or other non-investment domains are not a fit for this opportunity.

Digital Business Analyst Full-time Digital Business Analyst role focused on using data to optimize ecommerce and omni-channel performance. You’ll turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations that drive growth, improve customer experience, and support decision-making across digital teams.
