Job Summary: The Specialist, Team Member Relations NVA GP plays a critical role in fostering a positive work environment, resolving employee issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Job Summary: The Specialist, Team Member Relations NVA GP plays a critical role in fostering a positive work environment, resolving employee issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. This role requires a proactive individual experienced in handling sensitive employee relations matters, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities: Serve as one of the first points of contact for team members, managers \& People Business Partners regarding team member relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Investigate and resolve team member complaints in a thorough, fair, and timely manner. Provide guidance to managers and People Business Partners on handling sensitive employee relations matters, ensuring consistency with company policies and best practices for assigned tier investigations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies. Support the Director, Team Member Relations in conducting audits and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company standards. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and People team members on conflict resolution techniques and strategies. Maintain accurate and detailed records of team member relations cases, investigations, and outcomes. Partner with our Talent Management team to assist in the delivery of training programs for People Leaders on topics such as conflict resolution, performance management, and company policies. Stay current on team member relations trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with the broader People team and people leaders.
