What’s needed- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering or equivalent work experience 8 + years’ experience in data science and analytics, including hands-on model development and deployment 3 + years’ experience managing data science teams (including hiring, coaching and performance management), or equivalent project/program leadership experience Demonstrated experience in building and launching advanced analytics solutions for customer acquisition, segmentation and retention Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI) Strong executive communication skills and experience translating analytics into actionable business recommendations What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, or a related field 2+ years working in customer analytics domains such as Life Time Value (LTV), churn, personalization.
