As our Senior HR Advisor Consultant, you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR support across a portfolio of clients, helping them navigate everything from employee relations matters and recruitment through to contracts, policies and wider people challenges. Working closely with the HR Business Partner Consultant and wider team, you'll provide practical, compliant and people-focused advice. You'll build strong relationships, support managers through the realities of managing people and help clients find solutions that work for both their business and their people. What you’ll need: · Significant HR generalist experience across the employee lifecycle. · Previous experience operating successfully in a HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor role. · Strong employment law knowledge and the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially balanced advice. · Experience in advising on complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, conduct, capability and absence cases. · Experience developing and reviewing HR documentation \& resources. · Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain HR and employment law matters in a practical, clear and jargon-free way. · Experience supporting on restructure, redundancy or TUPE projects.
