About the Opportunity: The Senior Account Program Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with federal customers to ensure their satisfaction and successful adoption of the organization’s software solutions. This role facilitates collaboration across technical and sales teams to deliver seamless implementations and ongoing support. The position plays a critical role in safeguarding account health, mitigating risks, managing escalations, and driving long-term account retention and advocacy. 3. Responsibilities: • Serve as primary contact for assigned federal accounts and build trusted relationships with stakeholders and partners. • Understand customer strategic goals and align services accordingly. • Support renewals and expansions by demonstrating technical value. • Guide onboarding, deployment, upgrades, and operations. • Coordinate technical discussions and solution design sessions. • Assist with documentation and briefings for government stakeholders. • Lead project planning and coordinate delivery across support, services, and engineering teams. • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer goals. • Track project progress and provide status updates. • Advise customers on best practices to drive adoption. • Manage scope, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects. • Identify and track key customer risk indicators. • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to mitigate risks and optimize performance. • Act as escalation manager and coordinate cross-functional resolution. • Provide customer feedback to product management. • Advocate internally for customer needs and influence product priorities. 4.Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in a technical, customer-facing role such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Systems Engineer. • Experience supporting U.S. federal government customers (civilian, DoD, or IC). • Strong knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience in regulated or high-security environments. • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience deploying enterprise solutions. • Familiarity with government hierarchy and operations. • Strong business insight and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of compliance frameworks like FedRAMP and NIST 800-53. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), especially GovCloud or equivalent. • Experience working with system integrators. • Solid technical background in data management. • Active or eligible U.S. Government security clearance. • Must be a U.S. citizen residing in the U.S. 5.
