Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant / Solution Architect (m/w/d) Location: Germany - hybrid or remote (with occasional client/office travel) Type: Permanent, full-time Salary: €100,000 - €130,000 + bonus, depending on experience HRIT People are partnering with a global consulting company in Germany, who help businesses move their HR landscape to SAP SuccessFactors. We are looking for experienced SuccessFactors professionals ready to lead design and delivery as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant. The role * Lead the solution design for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and roll-outs, with Employee Central as the core * Run design workshops with HR, IT and works council stakeholders, translating business needs into a scalable solution * Own integration design between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM/S/4HANA, payroll and third-party systems * Guide migration projects from SAP HCM on-premise to SuccessFactors * Act as the trusted advisor to HR and IT leadership on roadmap, best practice and system governance * Mentor consultants and support the wider project team through to go-live and beyond What you bring * 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, with at least 2-3 full end-to-end implementations * Deep expertise in Employee Central; experience in EC Payroll, Time Tracking, Compensation or Recruiting is a strong plus * Solid understanding of integrations (SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Boomi or similar) * Experience working with German HR processes, data protection requirements and works council (Betriebsrat) involvement * SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) * Fluent German (C1 or above) and strong English * Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and leading workshops Interested?
