Job Description We're working with a highly regarded, financially secure Tier 2 commercial builder offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a significant construction project in Perth's northern suburbs. With an impressive track record delivering projects valued up to $180m, this established builder has developed a strong reputation across multistorey residential, mixed-use, commercial, education and aged care developments. The Role As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of a substantial building project, working closely with experienced site and commercial teams. You'll have genuine ownership of your project, supported by approachable senior management and a business that values quality delivery, strong relationships and long-term career development. Your Responsibilities Will Include * Take ownership of project delivery from commencement through to completion. * Manage programming, procurement, budgets and project performance. * Lead and coordinate Site Managers, Contract Administrators, Project Engineers and subcontractors. * Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders. * Oversee contractual requirements, variations and commercial outcomes. * Ensure projects meet safety, quality, programme and financial objectives. * Drive collaboration across the project team to achieve successful outcomes. What We're Looking For * Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial construction sector. * Experience delivering projects valued at $20m+ with a reputable head contractor. * A background in multistorey residential, mixed-use or commercial building projects would be highly regarded. * Strong programming, financial management and contractual knowledge. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery. * Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
