Your new role We are seeking a Project Management Coordinator to support our Health Sciences Team on the West Coast, preferably based in Oakland or Irvine, CA, but all locations in the Pacific Time Zone will be considered. This role is considered hybrid. The incumbent will have to go to the office two days a week. Your key responsibilities will include: Create and maintain opportunities in CRM, including contract submissions for legal review, tracking open tasks in the PI Tool, and organizing tender documents in the CRM SharePoint. Support project setup and financial management by completing CRM project records, preparing Express Projects, monitoring KPIs, tracking budgets, drafting invoices, and assisting with financial reporting. Ensure compliance with internal project management standards and provide feedback to RAM Operational Excellence (OpEx) on Group initiatives, including participating in testing and supporting rollout and adoption efforts. Coordinate communication and documentation with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors; maintain organized project files; and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions for project meetings. Respond to manager requests related to project activities and perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications About you 5+ years of experience in a professional services, consulting, or law firm environment preferred. Medical billing experience may also be considered. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of detail, accuracy, and reliability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills supported by sound professional judgment in both internal and external interactions. Professional, proactive, and service‑oriented approach; comfortable working with diverse personalities and cultures and demonstrating strong listening skills. Ability to use—or willingness to learn—key applications such as Maconomy, CRM systems, and document management tools. Salary Transparency Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $70,000 - $90.000 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime or other forms of compensation or benefits. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
