You Are: UST is searching for an experienced Product Manager / Senior Product Owner (Sr. PO) to drive product strategy, delivery execution, and stakeholder engagement at the client location. This role is responsible for defining product vision, managing product backlog, and ensuring business value delivery through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The opportunity: * Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Act as the primary client-facing product lead, engaging with stakeholders and leadership to capture requirements and priorities. * Own and manage the product backlog, including backlog grooming, prioritization, and refinement. * Define detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications to guide development teams. * Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. * Drive Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth execution. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What you need: * 8+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership roles. * Proven experience working as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner in Agile environments. * Strong expertise in backlog management, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management. * Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models. * Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and product lifecycle management. * Demonstrated experience in delivering customer-centric, data-driven products. * Preferred Skills: * Experience in Healthcare domain is highly desirable. * Exposure to Salesforce / Digital platforms / Data-driven products. * Certification such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent is a plus. * Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, product analytics tools. * Strong understanding of UX principles and customer journey mapping. Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Remote-US Compensation Range: $106,000-$159,000 Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico. Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. The Role The Senior Manager – Business Management Systems serves as a strategic technology leader and Technical Product Owner responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide vision, roadmap, and operational excellence of the organisation's core business management platforms — Salesforce and Monday.com — across multiple business units and geographical regions. What you will do: (Key Accountabilities) Technical Product Ownership – Salesforce \& Monday.com * Act as Technical Product Owner for Salesforce and Monday.com, owning the end-to-end product vision, backlog prioritisation, release planning, and stakeholder communication for both platforms. * Define and execute multi-year platform roadmaps aligned with business strategy, user needs, and evolving technology capabilities. * Translate complex business requirements into clear, deliverable platform solutions, user stories, and technical specifications. * Oversee the design, configuration, and optimisation of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or other relevant modules) and Monday.com workspaces to support business processes across the organisation. * Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the adoption of new platform features, AppExchange solutions, Monday.com integrations, and third-party tools to extend platform capability. Platform Architecture \& Governance * Establish and maintain platform governance frameworks, including change management processes, data standards, security models, and release management practices for both Salesforce and Monday.com. * Ensure platforms meet data privacy, regulatory compliance, and internal audit requirements across all operating regions. * Define and enforce integration standards between Salesforce, Monday.com, and other enterprise systems, working closely with the broader IT and data architecture teams. * Maintain a scalable and well-documented technical architecture that supports organisational growth, including mergers, acquisitions, and new market expansion. Team Leadership \& Development * Lead, coach, and develop a team of Salesforce Administrators and Monday.com Administrators, setting clear objectives, managing performance, and building technical capability. * Design and implement team operating models, technical excellence frameworks, and knowledge-sharing practices that elevate platform quality and delivery velocity. * Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and proactive problem-solving within the team. * Manage resource planning, onboarding, and team structure to meet evolving business demand. Strategic Business Partnership \& Stakeholder Management * Partner with senior business leaders, operations, sales, marketing, and other functional stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and ensure platform capabilities are aligned to delivering business outcomes. * Serve as the primary point of escalation and strategic counsel for all matters relating to Salesforce and Monday.com platform capability, investment, and risk. * Build and manage relationships with Salesforce and Monday.com account teams, implementation partners, and relevant industry communities to stay ahead of platform developments and best practices. * Develop and present business cases for platform investment, communicate roadmap progress, and report on platform performance metrics to senior leadership. Organisational Change \& Adoption * Design and lead change management and user adoption programmes to maximise platform value across the organisation. * Develop training strategies, self-service resources, and community engagement initiatives to drive platform proficiency at all levels. * Champion a data-driven culture by promoting best-practice use of Salesforce reporting and analytics and Monday.com dashboards to support business decision-making.
