<p></p> <div> <h3>Technical Program Manager (AI, Cloud & Portfolio Delivery)</h3> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> 10-18 Years</p> <h4>Role Overview</h4> <p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Technical Program Manager</strong> with a strong engineering background who has progressed from Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect into Program Management. The role will lead enterprise transformation, AI/GenAI, cloud modernization, strategic pre-sales initiatives, and portfolio delivery across multiple programs.</p> <h4>Key Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and transformation programs.</li> <li>Drive AI/GenAI, cloud migration, application modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.</li> <li>Own program governance, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting.</li> <li>Manage a portfolio of programs, ensuring alignment to business objectives and strategic priorities.</li> <li>Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business leaders to define technology roadmaps.</li> <li>Support <strong>pre-sales, solutioning, estimation, RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and proposal development</strong>.</li> <li>Engage with senior stakeholders and clients as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into technology solutions.</li> <li>Ensure delivery excellence through Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.</li> </ul> <h4>Required Skills</h4> <ul> <li>Prior hands-on experience in <strong>Java, Python, .NET, or other enterprise technologies</strong>.</li> <li>Strong experience with <strong>AWS, Azure, or GCP</strong>.</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>AI/GenAI, LLMs, Machine Learning concepts</strong>, and modern data platforms.</li> <li>Microservices, APIs, Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems.</li> <li>Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and Program Governance.</li> <li>Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.</li> </ul> <h4>Preferred</h4> <ul> <li>Experience managing <strong>technology portfolios worth multi-million-dollar budgets</strong>.</li> <li>Strong background in <strong>pre-sales, solution consulting, and strategic account management</strong>.</li> <li>Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, AWS, Azure, or Cloud certifications.</li> </ul> </div>
