This role gives you both. A Brisbane software product company needs an Software Engineering Team Lead to run one of its teams building cloud\-native SaaS. You’ll work side by side with product and design, set the technical direction, and own how the team ships: small increments, strong CI/CD, real test automation, and systems that stay up. Most of your time goes on people. You’ll coach, give honest feedback, hand out stretch work, and build a team where people raise problems early. **You’ll fit if you’ve:** * Led an agile team delivering a SaaS product against sprint goals * Shipped production code in TypeScript/React or C\#/.NET Core * Designed and run cloud\-native systems with containers, infrastructure as code and proper monitoring * Made delivery calls with product managers, not just taken tickets from them Time in enterprise SaaS, end user tech or another complex domain helps.
