Senior FP&A Analyst

**Financial Planning \& Analysis \| Financial Services** We’re looking for a Senior FP\&A Analyst to join an established financial services organisation in a key role supporting financial planning, forecasting and strategic decision\-making. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business, you’ll turn complex financial and commercial data into meaningful insights, helping drive business performance, improve forecasting and support long\-term growth. **What you’ll be doing:** * Lead budgeting, forecasting and medium\-term financial planning. * Build financial models and deliver scenario, sensitivity and stress\-testing analysis. * Analyse financial performance, KPIs and variances against budget and forecast. * Partner with stakeholders across the business to inform commercial and strategic decisions. * Support cash\-flow forecasting and senior\-level financial reporting. * Identify opportunities to improve financial models, reporting, processes and analytical capabilities. **What we’re looking for:** * Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting or financial analysis. * Strong Excel skills, financial modelling experience and confidence working with large datasets. * A solid understanding of financial statements, balance sheets and key financial performance measures. * Experience producing management information and communicating financial insights. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at senior levels. * A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Part\-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is desirable, alongside a degree or relevant professional experience.
