Senior Accountant - Business Advisory

**About the Role** Acclime has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and client\-focused Senior Accountant to join our thriving Business Advisory team. Beyond delivering exceptional business advisory services, this position plays a key role in supporting the development of team members while contributing to the growth of the business. **What will you be doing?** * Preparation of statutory accounts, including all associated working papers and supporting documentation * Preparation of income tax returns, fringe benefits tax returns * Preparation of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements * Managing reporting obligations * Management accounting * Assisting with management of the tax lodgement program * Supervise and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high\-performing environment * Review completed work with a sharp eye for detail **What are we looking for?** * A bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting * CA ANZ / CPA qualification or nearly qualified * A minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in tax and business advisory services working with complex client groups including family groups, SMEs and high net wealth individuals * Ability to manage strong client relationships * Exceptional communication and relationship\-building skills * High level of technical expertise **What do we offer?** * Manage a diverse client portfolio and build trusted client relationships * Gain exposure to business advisory work that goes beyond compliance * Access ongoing professional development, technical training and leadership growth opportunities * Join a collaborative and supportive team culture that values initiative * Be part of a global company with ample career progression opportunities * CA ANZ Support
