Our Graduate Customer Service Centre Analyst Program gives you the opportunity to use analytics, modelling and reporting to help optimise a customer operation that never stops. **What You’ll Do** * Build and maintain reporting that tracks operational performance * Support workforce planning and resource optimisation across shifts and channels * Run scenario and sensitivity modelling to test staffing and volume assumptions * Validate data quality and investigate anomalies * Turn operational data into recommendations for business leaders **What You’ll Bring** * A degree in Business Analytics, Business Management, Information Systems, Informatics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field * Competence in Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python and Power Query * Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness * An understanding of resource optimisation and data\-driven decision\-making * Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills * The confidence to influence decisions using data Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
