**HR Transformation Director** **Location:** Dublin 2 – Hybrid **Contract:** Permanent **Level:** Director \- Senior Consulting An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced **HR Transformation Director** to join a growing People \& Change consulting team in Dublin. This is a newly created, senior client\-facing role for an individual with a strong track record of **personally leading and delivering complex HR Transformation programmes** . You will work closely with senior HR and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and helping organisations navigate significant transformation, restructuring, technology change and evolving workforce requirements. The ideal candidate will come from a **management consulting or professional services background** , although candidates who have led substantial HR Transformation programmes within large organisations undergoing significant change will also be considered. This is a hands\-on leadership role. You will need to demonstrate clear examples of transformation programmes you have personally led, shaped and delivered, rather than simply having been exposed to HR transformation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead end\-to\-end HR Transformation engagements across operating model design, organisational design, process optimisation, technology enablement, people analytics and workforce strategy. * Advise senior HR and business leaders on complex transformation challenges and develop practical, commercially focused solutions. * Assess HR technology landscapes and advise clients on the most appropriate platforms and solutions, including technologies such as **Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM** . * Help clients understand how **AI, automation and digital transformation** can streamline HR processes and improve organisational effectiveness. * Design and implement HR operating models across HR Business Partner, Centres of Excellence and Shared Services structures. * Lead HR process redesign and optimisation, with a focus on simplification, scalability and measurable business outcomes. * Develop workforce strategies aligned to wider business strategy, supported by data and people analytics. * Support clients through organisational change, restructuring and new ways of working. * Provide HR Due Diligence support within **M\&A environments** . * Lead client conversations at senior level and translate complex business challenges into clear, people\-centred transformation strategies. * Develop proposals, identify opportunities and contribute directly to business development and practice growth. * Build and maintain strong client relationships and help develop new client accounts. * Contribute to the continued development of HR Transformation propositions and market offerings. * Coach, mentor and develop more junior members of the team. We are looking for a commercially minded HR Transformation professional who combines **strategic advisory capability with practical delivery experience** . **You will ideally have:** * **6\+ years' experience** delivering end\-to\-end HR Transformation programmes. * A strong consulting, professional services or transformation leadership background. * Proven experience **leading HR Transformation programmes personally** , rather than simply participating in them. * **M\&A / HR Due Diligence experience is essential** * Strong knowledge of HR operating models, including HRBPs, Centres of Excellence and Shared Services. * Experience with HR process redesign, optimisation and organisational design. * Experience delivering or advising on HR technology transformation, with exposure to platforms such as **Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM** . * Strong understanding of how AI and emerging technology can transform and simplify HR processes. * Experience developing workforce strategies and using data, metrics and people analytics to support decision\-making. * **Demonstrable business development and commercial experience** , including proposal development, winning work and growing client relationships. * Strong project and change management capabilities. **Apply now for a confidential discussion about this opportunity to Anne Marie Nolan in Lex Consultancy**
