Senior IT Project Manager - Technology & Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced IT/Digital Project Manager to lead technology projects and initiatives across a variety of areas. The ideal candidate is a well\-rounded Project Manager who can manage multiple concurrent projects, work effectively with business and technical teams, and adapt their approach across predictive/waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models. **Required Education** * Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in engineering, mathematics, computer science or business. **Preferred Certification** * Project Management Professional (PMP). **Required Qualifications** * 5\+ years of Project Management experience in medium to large organizations. * Demonstrated experience managing technology projects using predictive/waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches. * Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross\-team dependencies. * Strong project planning, scheduling, financial management, risk, issue, and change management skills. * Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third\-party vendors. * Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Jira. * Ability to understand technical concepts without needing to be the technical subject matter expert. **Job Responsibilities** * Lead IT/Digital projects from planning through closure. * Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes. * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, forecasts, RAID items, and status reporting. * Coordinate activities and dependencies across business, technical, and vendor teams. * Manage concurrent projects that may span applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, vendor solutions, and other technology initiatives. * Facilitate project meetings, decisions, governance, and change control. * Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variances. * Communicate project status, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership. * Drive accountability for project commitments and escalate issues when appropriate. * Ensure projects follow applicable Ameren project governance and control processes. * \*\*Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.\*\* * \*\*Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.\*\* **About Rose** * Founded in 1993 * Office Locations Across the U.S. * 150\+ Clients: Corporations and Government Agencies * Employee Oriented Company * Challenging Assignments Across the U.S. * Continuous Professional Development EMPLOYEE COMMENTS * We want you to work with us, but don't take our word for it.
