Human Resources Manager

**Job Overview** As a Human Resources Manager, you’ll guide people programs that help employees and teams succeed. You’ll connect human resources strategy with day\-to\-day operations, balancing talent needs, employee support, and regulatory compliance. This role calls for sound judgment, clear communication, and careful handling of confidential information. **Duties** * Lead talent acquisition, HR sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, talent management, and succession planning. * Oversee employee relations, conflict management, employee evaluation, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, and personnel administration. * Maintain HR legal compliance, including employment and labor law requirements and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration. Your impact: Clear, consistent HR practices help employees understand their options and help leaders make informed workforce decisions. * Support HR systems and human resources information systems (HRIS), data collection, data entry, and Excel data analysis **Experience** * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or 10 plus years work experience * Bi\-lingual English and Spanish preferred * 5 years of experience in human resources management or an HR department, including employment law in talent management and regulatory compliance management. * Working knowledge of payroll, benefits, employee relations, and HR systems; experience with specific platforms is helpful, not required. * Strong communication, project management, and confidential information handling skills. * Ability to use Microsoft Office and analyze workforce data * SHRM certified preferred Pay: $65,000\.00 \- $75,000\.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
