Project Manager - Residential Remodel Construction

**Project Manager – Littleton NC** An awarding winning design/build general contractor specializing in residential and light commercial remodeling, is seeking a talented and bright Full\-Time Project Manager. This company has been in business since 1994 and is looking for an individual who can provide leadership and coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects to completion in a timely fashion and within budget. If you are committed to consistently delivering top\-notch work and would like to work for a company that fosters lasting relationships with clients and their employees, then we want to talk with you! **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Manage projects such as additions, refurbishments, remodels, and new construction on client properties. * Review drawings prior to permitting to ensure all details required are on the plans prior to submitting for engineering or permitting. * Attend all pre\-construction meetings with superintendent and home buyers to ensure all changes and options are correct. * Attend walk through with appropriate internal personnel. * Plan and order a list of materials from the plans and site visit, receive orders and check for accuracy. * Secure bids for each trade, then quantify their scope and pricing. * Coordinate Inspections. * Ensure that the work being required by the inspector is done prior to re\-inspection. * Assist internal employees in understanding the full scope of work required. * Meet with contractors \& vendors regularly to discuss construction status. * Meet with homeowners to address any punch list items. * Attend weekly meetings to update status of jobsites (either at the office or ZOOM/Virtual) * Conduct site walk thru and progress visits. * Keep up to date on industry trends and developments. * Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** * 5\+ years experience in construction project management. * High school diploma, or GED. * Additional schooling within construction field is desired. * Strong knowledge in all phases of residential remodel and construction procedures. * Ability to effectively manage your time and deadlines. * Computer skills, not limited to Microsoft products. * Familiar with BuilderTrend software or very willing to learn!
