Senior Software Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead / Senior Developer to develop, integrate, and support critical real\-time power system software solutions for the Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM). Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and integrate enterprise software solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, project managers, and integration teams. Support production readiness, deployment, and transition\-to\-support activities. Provide ongoing support and enhancements for power system applications. Manage software builds, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure reliable, secure, and high\-performing applications for critical infrastructure. Mandatory Skills: C\#, .NET Core, Java, Spring Boot. SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Databricks. REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and Microservices. ORM frameworks: Entity Framework, Dapper, or Hibernate. Front\-end frameworks: React, Angular, Vue, or Blazor. CI/CD pipelines: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Bamboo. Docker and Kubernetes. Experience delivering complex enterprise applications and software integrations. Good to Have: Azure cloud services. RabbitMQ, JMS, Boomi, MuleSoft, or webMethods. Python and PowerShell. SCADA, PI, or real\-time systems. Power systems, electricity markets, or energy\-sector experience.
