What you'll do: As a Business Analyst based at the Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham, your day\-to\-day responsibilities will centre around connecting business objectives with technical solutions. You will engage closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs and translate these into actionable requirements for development teams. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for optimisation. By co\-creating new workflows alongside business teams, you will help drive performance improvements that meet evolving organisational demands. Supporting the rollout of these enhancements involves updating operational documentation, conducting training sessions for users, and monitoring adoption rates. Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to gather, document, and prioritise requirements while translating them into clear user stories and backlog items. Act as a facilitator between stakeholders and development teams to ensure mutual understanding of business needs throughout project lifecycles. Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and data to identify areas for improvement and co\-create streamlined solutions that deliver measurable value. Support the deployment of improved processes by updating operational manuals, providing training sessions, and offering ongoing support to ensure full adoption. Translate evolving business needs into well\-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and process models that are easily understood by both development and business teams. Conduct thorough data analysis to inform decision\-making and communicate key insights through actionable reports with an emphasis on data quality management. Ability to maintain essential project documentation such as business cases, user manuals, training materials, and analysis artefacts supporting ongoing team learning. Desirable: Previous experience within Financial Planning or Financial Services environments would be advantageous but not essential.
